In a big jolt to Arvind Kejriwal and the Aam Aadmi Party, the Delhi HC has set aside the order appointing 21 AAP MLAs as Parliamentary Secretaries. The parliamentary secretaries were appointed by the Kejriwal government on March 13, 2015.
